My classes are usually aligned with school term dates, each block themed to reflect the current season and the natural world.
Join a class on a day/time to suit you. In each class you will tune-into your inner self and your breathing as you stretch, unwind, tone, mobilise your joints, relax and explore all aspects of yoga through a range of asana practice, pranayama/breathing practice, yoga phylosophy and guided meditation. Discover the many positive benefits a regular yoga practice can bring to help increase your overall health, well-being, flexibility and vitality.

Spring Term with a focus on gravity and Space : Spring/Summer Monday Term Dates: 11 May 1, 8, 22, 29 June, 6, 13 July. Autumn Term restarts on Monday 14 September!
NB: 3rd Monday Meditation and Pranayama Practices on Zoom for regular students : 18 May, 15 June, 21 September. Please get in touch for details.
Kickstart your working week as you stretch, release, relax and re-focus your inner being with this mixed ability yoga class designed to balance out the demands of a busy working week. Suitable for those new to yoga and regular yoga practitioners as everyone is encouraged to work with awareness to their own level of ability and individual range of movement.
Please bring your own yoga equipment and a blanket to class. Zoom links will be emailed to subscribers.
Six-week term costs £60 or pro rata Drop-in class rate £12 per session.

Learn to move, stretch, release and relax with this all round mixed-ability hatha yoga class is designed for beginner and intermediate level practitioners. Come along to stretch, release, tone, relax and learn to move and breathe more freely. Everyone is encouraged to work to their own level of ability and different posture options are always offered.
Please bring your own yoga mat, props and a small blanket to use in class.
